Our team believes that seniors can help each other age with dignity, grace, and respect. One of the most important aspects of our services is providing companionship to those we serve. To do so, we commit to pairing caregivers with clients who share similar interests and backgrounds. This ensures a mutually beneficial relationship that helps to encourage a deep and meaningful connection- like getting a little help from your friends®!

Seniors Helping Seniors® caregivers also help with daily tasks like light house cleaning, meal preparation, personal care, medication reminders, and transportation to and from appointments or social events. Additionally, we offer 24/7 support for those with more advanced needs, as well as specialized assistance for individuals with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
Member businesses are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member business, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that business. All inquiries about employment at these businesses should be made directly to the business location, and not to Home Care Association of America.

Flexible MONTHLY work schedule
We understand that our team has a life outside of caregiving. That's why we provide flexible schedules- and we provide schedules a month (not weekly) in advance so you can plan your own life outside of work!
Career advancement
Job growth for caregivers is projected to increase by 26% through 2035, compared to just 6.5% on average for all occupations. You can enjoy a stable caregiver with opportunities to advance too!
Personal and sick time off
Our caregivers earn time off for each completed shift so that they can take the time off needed when they're sick or just for their own personal needs or well-being!
Ongoing training
We provide annual and specialty training opportunities to increase your skills as a caregiver to ensure that our client's only receive the best care possible!
We start our caregivers at $20/hour
The work of our caregivers is incredibly impactful to the lives of our clients and so unlike other agencies who pay minimum wage, we start all caregivers at a minimum of $20/hr!

We're paperless
All team members can perform their work with just a smartphone- no charting or paperwork, telephony, or other antiquated/inefficient methos here!

At least twice a year we enjoy getting together for company sponsored events like attending a Dodger Game or gathering during the holidays!
We reward performance
Our team members can earn referral bonuses for BOTH clients and caregivers with no maximums and we reward our caregivers annually for their work with a holiday bonus!
